Furnace body structure

Hongteng melting furnace body is made of aluminum alloy and has no recycled aluminum component;

When the aluminum shell is assembled, the coaxial correction is carried out, to ensure the furnace is tilting concentric.

There is no asbestos in Hongteng furnace, environmental protection, meets the Europe standards.

All the pull rods used in the furnace body are made of 304 material;

Furnace mouth

The furnace mouth is cast with aluminum alloy, which is more durable than the traditional refractory brick and doesn't need to replaced.

Hongteng Furnace Insulating design

Hongteng furnace add a high-temperature and high-voltage resistant insulating material between the two halves of the furnace body during assembled, insulation strength over 5000V. To ensure that the furnace body will not conduct electricity and magnetic.

Induction coil

1. Hongteng furnace induction coil is made of T2 copper,purifity 99.98%.Whole seamless copper tube without welding. No water leakage;
2. The induction coil is coated with 2 layers of insulating material:
   A.High-temperature insulating paint: Prevents coil from short-circuit spark caused by dust and conductive substances.
   B. The induction coil is coated with 1CM thick refractory cement gum: Prevent the damage of molten steel to the yoke under the condition of steel leakage.
3. All induction coil are equipped with anti-falling devices;

SCR

1. Hongteng furnace thyristor parameter is same,more professional
2. Hongteng thyristor Turn-off time:17-18 micro second,faster response and better performance. Other brand 25micro secons ;
3. In order to facilitate the SCR installation, our thyristor leads are customized cathode and control grade twisted pair tin-plated high temperature wires, and the leads do not need welding.
