In 2019

Large pipeline heating equipment.

Luoyang Judian has developed the first ring-shaped induction heating equipment for large-scale water pipelines with a diameter of 4.8m in China. The continuous research and development of design technology has made Judian's annular heating furnace equipment more and more advanced.

In 2017

Judian became a national high-tech enterprise.

The company has successfully passed the ISO9001-2008 quality service system certification, CE certificate, and has become Luoyang Enterprise R&D Center, a national high-tech enterprise, and has applied for more than ten induction heating technology patents.

In 2016

On-line billet heating using energy-saving technology.

In a continuous casting and rolling mill, the temperature of the hot slab is equilibrated in a roller hearth furnace and raised again before rolling. In cooperation with relevant units in Luoyang City, a hybrid induction system with extremely high power density has been developed. It allows to specifically measure and adjust the billet temperature before the first rolling stand in a continuous process.

The digitization of induction heating equipment.

The application of digitization enables the sequential and consistent digitization of all machines and the development of new digital control concepts. In order to make the operation of induction heating equipment more convenient, the application developed by Judian simplifies and optimizes the operation process of the induction motor, which greatly improves the production efficiency.

In 2012

Luoyang Judian brand of metal induction heating equipment was established.

The Judian brand was established in 2012, aiming to provide high-quality induction thermal processing equipment. The standardized modern workshop and the technical research and development team with more than 20 years of work experience made the Judian brand quickly occupy the domestic market and reached a long-term cooperation agreement with domestic related industry design institutes.
