Copper Ingot Casting

Judian copper ingot casting machine (also called copper ingot continuous casting machine) is a high-end product independently developed by our company. The ingot casting equipment can replace manual casting to realize mechanical automation, and solves the problems of high casting cost, many workers, slow efficiency, and unsafety in the smelting copper ingot industry. The main structure include: U-steel channel welded steel body, conveyor, speed-adjust motor, reducer, big & small chain wheel & chains, power distribution systems.

• Judian copper ingot casting is straight-line, 1.3 meters wide, and 5-24 meters long;
• Ingots size: 30kg (ingots size can be designed by customer);
• The running speed is 0-6 m/min adjustable;
• The driving motor is an AC speed-regulating motor with electromagnetic or variable frequency mode;
• The main feature is stepless speed regulation, automatic liquid filling, ingot uniform, low labor intensity;
• The output can be increased by 20%-30% by using this equipment;
• It can form a complete ingot production line by choosing a manipulator ingot stacking machine and rear section transportation equipment.
